Preparation Instructions
Just add... 2 teaspoons oil 500g lean beef strips 1 large onion, sliced 1 cup sliced mushrooms 1 pack Continental Recipe Base 1 1/4 cups (310mL) water 2 tablespoons (40g) sour cream Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 25 minutes Simply... 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown beef. Add onion and mushrooms, cook until tender. 2. Combine Recipe Base and water; add to pan and stir until boiling. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until beef is tender, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove from heat and stir through sour cream. Garnish with parsley and serve with rice and green beans. Here's an idea... Increase your vegetable intake by adding a sliced red capsicum with the mushrooms.
