Just add... 2 teaspoons oil 8 beef sausages 1 onion, sliced 1 pack Continental Recipe Base 1 1/4 cups (310mL) water 2 tablespoons (40g) tomato sauce 2 carrots, sliced Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 25 minutes Simply... 1. Heat oil in a large frying pan and brown sausages; remove from pan. Add onion to pan, cook until softened. 2. Combine Recipe Base, water and tomato sauce; add to pan with carrot, stir until boiling. 3. Return sausages to pan; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until sausages are cooked, stirring occasionally. Serve with mashed potato and peas. Here's an idea... Try this dish made with chicken sausages instead of beef sausages.
