Chicken Breast (37%), Water, Vegetable Oil (Canola, Cottonseed), Potato Flakes (4.6%) (Potato, Emulsifier (471), Mineral Salt (450), Preservative (223), Food Acid (330)), Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Salt, Emulsifier (481), Dextrose (Wheat), Spice Extract (160c,100), Thickener (1404), Mineral Salts (451, 450, 500), Vegetable Gums (412, 415), Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch, Soy Meal (Wheat), Soy Protein, Dehydrated Vegetables, (Onion, Garlic), Natural Flavour (Chicken Roast Flavour), Yeast Extract.

Usage Instructions

Oven: 1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C. 2. Remove frozen Goujons from the pack and place evenly on a lined baking tray. 3. Cook for 15 minutes, turning once. Deep fry: 1. Preheat fryer to 180°C. 2. Remove frozen Goujons from the pack and place into deep fryer oil. 3. Cook for 4 minutes. All appliances are different, that's why it's important to use this as a guide only.

Storage Instructions

Keep Frozen. Store at or below - 18°C.
