Bolognese Sauce (66%) (Tomatoes (17%) (Partially Reconstituted Tomato Paste, Diced, Acidity Regulator (330)), Australian Beef (12%), Vegetables (9%) (Onion, Carrots, Celery), Worcestershire Sauce (contains Acidity Regulator (330), Thickener (415)), Thickener (1422), Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Yeast Extract, Herbs (Basil, Oregano), Flavour, Black Pepper), Cooked Pasta (32%) (Water, Durum Wheat Flour), Parmesan Cheese (2%) (contains Milk).

Preparation Instructions

6 mins Heating Instructions: Heating times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance. Microwave (1000W) 1 Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. 2 Microwave meal on HIGH (100%) power for 4 minutes. Remove from microwave. 3 Carefully peel back protective film and stir. Place film back over meal and heat for a further 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4 Remove from microwave. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Carefully peel off protective film, stir and serve. Oven 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2 Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. 3 Place meal on an oven tray in the centre of the oven. 4 Heat for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. 5 Carefully peel back protective film and stir. Place film back over meal and heat for a further 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 6 Remove from oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Carefully peel off protective film, stir and serve. Caution: Contents and tray will be hot.

Usage Instructions

Do not thaw before cooking. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Product must be cooked before use.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Store at minus 18°C or colder.
