Go to the front counter and ask the freindly staff for your online click and collect, just quote the name the order was processed under.

We deliver to Lord Howe island each fortnight via the Island Trader service. Your order will be dispatched on the next available service. Your order needs to be placed by the Thursday before the Wednesday boat leaves, to ensure any stock needed can be ordered from our warehouse in time.
