Ingredients

Creamy Sauce (61%) (Water, Vegetables (Sweetcorn (10%), Broccoli (8%), Peas (5%), Onions (1%), Garlic (0.2%)), Vegetable Stock, Cheese (1%) (contains Milk), Thickener (1422), Cream (contains Milk), Salt, Herb, Yeast Extract, Black Pepper), Cooked Spiral Pasta (30%) (Durum Wheat Semolina), Tuna (Fish) (8%) (Skipjack Tuna (Fish), Springwater, Vegetable Broth (contains Soy), Salt), Parmesan Cheese (0.8%) (contains Milk), Spice.

Preparation Instructions

5 mins Heating Instructions: Heating times are a guide and may vary depending on your appliance. Microwave (1000W) 1 Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. 2 Microwave meal on HIGH (100%) power for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave. 3 Carefully peel back protective film and stir. Place film back over meal and heat for a further 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 4 Remove from microwave. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Carefully peel off protective film, stir and serve. Oven 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2 Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. 3 Place meal on an oven tray in the centre of the oven. 4 Heat for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. 5 Carefully peel back protective film and stir. Place film back over meal and heat for a further 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 6 Remove from oven. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Carefully peel off protective film, stir and serve. Caution: Contents and tray will be hot.

Usage Instructions

Do not thaw before cooking. Do not re-freeze once thawed. Product must be cooked before use.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Store at minus 18°C or colder.
