The Helga’s Prebiotic range features wraps and loaves you know and love, with added goodness for your gut.  

It’s goodness that comes from a special blend of  soluble and insoluble dietary fibres, including prebiotic fibres, from high fibre ingredients including wholemeal wheat, whole grain barley and tapioca seeds and grains and dietary fibres that supports good gut health digestion and is important for your overall health and wellbeing.
