Whole Grains (Oats, Triticale, Buckwheat), Wheat Protein, Almonds 6%, Raw Sugar, Cinnamon, Natural Vanilla Flavour.
Preparation Instructions
Cooking Instructions In your microwave 1. Combine porridge with 2/3 cup of milk in a deep microwaveable bowl. 2. Cook on high for 90 seconds and stir halfway through. 3. Remove and add more milk while stirring to achieve your desired consistency. Cool before serving. - Tested using a 1200 watt microwave and given as a guide only. On your stove 1. Combine porridge with 2/3 cup of milk in a saucepan. 2. Stir frequently while bringing to the boil. Simmer until it reaches your desired consistency (approx. 30 seconds). Cool before serving.
