Preparation Instructions
Just add... 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped 1/4 cup (60mL) milk 1 tablespoon (20g) margarine 2 teaspoons oil 500g lean minced lamb or beef 1 onion, chopped 1 pack Continental Recipe Base 1 cup (250mL) water 1 carrot, diced Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 40 minutes Simply... 1. Boil potato until tender, drain. Mash with milk and margarine. 2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan or Frying pan and brown mince and onion. Add Recipe Base, water and carrot; stir to combine. Cover and simmer For 10 minutes or until carrot is tender. 3. Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Spoon mince filling into an ovenproof dish; top with mashed potato and baked for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with green vegetables.
