Ingredients

Tomato Salsa (44%) [Tomato Purée, Minced Beef (10%), Onion, Brown Sugar, Salt, Dried Jalapeno Peppers, Garlic Paste, Spices (Including Smoked Paprika, Chipotle Chilli, Cayenne Pepper), Maize Thickener (1422), Flavour (Contains Wheat, Barley, Soy), Lime Juice Concentrate, Herb, Yeast Extract], Vegetables (20%) (Sweetcorn, Red & Green Capsicum, Red Onion), Cooked White Rice (17%), Black Beans (11%), Cheese (7%) [Milk, Salt, Culture, Rennet, Anticaking Agent (460), Preservative (200)], Spice.

Preparation Instructions

Cooking Instructions Microwave 9 Mins (For a 1000 Watt Microwave oven) 1. Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. 2. Heat meal in a 1000W microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 5 minutes. 3. Remove from microwave. 4. Carefully peel off protective film and stir. 5. Place back in the microwave and heat for a further 4 minutes. 6. Stir again and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Oven 50 Mins (Conventional/Fan Forced Oven) 1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Remove frozen meal from cardboard pack. 3. Place meal on an oven tray in the centre of the oven. 4. Heat for 35 minutes. Remove from oven. 5. Carefully peel off protective film and stir. 6. Heat for a further 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. 7. Remove from oven. 8. Stir again and allow to sit for 2 minutes before serving. Caution: Contents and tray will be hot.

Usage Instructions

Product must be cooked before use. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not re-freeze once thawed.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen. Store at -18°C or colder.
