Durum Wheat Semolina (Gluten).

Usage Instructions

1. Place 1/2 cup (125ml) of water in a saucepan. Add 1-2 tablespoons oil and 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste and bring to the boil. Remove from heat. 2. Stir and pour in 1/2 cup (100g, single service) of San Remo CousCous. Cover and allow to stand for 2-3 minutes. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and heat again on very low heat for 3 minutes while stirring with a fork to separate the grains

Store in a cool, dry place.
