Water, vegetable protein (23%) (soy, wheat), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, natural flavour, hydrolysed vegetable protein, dehydrated vegetables, sugar, yeast, yeast extract, herbs & spices, canola oil, maltodextrin), vegetable oil, oats, seasoning (wheat, soy), starch (tapioca, potato), natural flavour, fibre (citrus), salt, yeast extract, sugar, acid (citric), minerals (zinc, iron), vitamin (B12).

Preparation Instructions

How to prepare: Cook from frozen. Ready in 10-15 minutes. BBQ or Pan Fry: Medium heat for 10-15 mins. Turn halfway. Ready in 10-12 minutes: Oven - 180oC for 10-12 mins. Turn halfway. Ready in 6-7 minutes: Air fryer - 180oC for 6-7 minutes. Turn halfway. Over cooking dries and toughens. Heat thoroughly and evenly before eating.

Storage Instructions

Keep frozen at or below -18°C. Do not re-freeze.
