Milled from premium quality grains since 1898. Our gluten free flour is a special blend designed to bake like regular white flour. Gluten Free All Purpose Flour is suitable for a variety of cooking uses such as thickening sauces, gravies, casseroles, coating & crumbing. It's also great for baking cakes, muffins, slices, biscuits, desserts & pastry. When making bread we recommend using a gluten free bread mix.

Usage Instructions

Consume flour only after cooking.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry condition at or below 25°C.
